In this article I will show you how to add a new server in to a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Enterprise Pool.

Log in to the deployed Lync server (lync01.doitfixit.local) and open Lync Server Topology Builder from the Start Menu. Right click Pool FQDN and click New Server
Enter FQDN of the new server.
Publish the Topology.
Click Next
Now log in to the new server. Before start the installation install Lync Server Prerequisites and Prepare server for Lync installation. Refer the below link for prepare your new Server.

Now Start the installation by Lync Server 2010 Media. And click Install or Update Lync Server System
Click Run for Install Local Configuration Store
Click Next
See the Deployment Log.
Click Run to Setup or Remove Lync Server Components
Request, Install or Assign Certificates
Click Request
Follow the below Steps.
Now we can start the Lync Services.
See the status of Topology on Lync Server Control Panel.
Test your Lync Server Enterprise Pool.
You can use netstat -n command to view your PC’s established network connections.
