Block specific domain from sending emails to your domain Microsoft Exchange 2010

Enable Anti-Spam feature in Hub Transport

Open Exchange Management Shell

Go to the scripts folder, C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Scripts

Run the following Command:
./install-AntispamAgents.ps1

Restart MSExchangeTransport Service
Restart-Service MSExchangeTransport


Open Exchange Management Console (EMC)

Go to Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Anti-spam


Right click “Sender Filtering” -> Properties -> Blocked Senders

Click Add…
Add Individual e-mail address or Domain name


Click OK.
