How to reset POLYCOM Lync Phone (CX500/CX600/CX3000 IP Phone)

To Reset the POLYCOM Lync phone do the following steps.

1. Press and HOLD * with # for five seconds. (Hard Reset – Hold down * and #, Factory Reset – Hold down 4 and 6.)
2. Disconnect power (while pressing the above keys)
3. Reconnect the phone’s power supply.
4. It will prompt for clear user created data.“The operation you have requested will erase all user-created data.
   Do You want to continue.”
   
5. Select Yes

Phone will remove user configuration data and restart with new settings.
