Hello,
nice tutorial! But these steps I found out by myself.
Did you have done a successful backup of an W2K12 Server?
I don't ... and also performance of backup creating is poor.
Would like to hear about your experiences!
Kind regards, David

Problem
Windows Server 2012 is not supported in the current shipping versions of Backup Exec.
Solution
An update to Backup Exec 2012 is under development and will provide support for systems running Windows Server 2012 using the Backup Exec Agent for Windows. Full Backup Exec server support for Windows Server 2012 will be available in an upcoming Backup Exec release.

We recommend you use the “Subscribe via email” function on the right sidebar to be notified when more information is made available on this topic.
